NBN IS NOT WORKING

Hi Team,

i have upgraded my account to NBN. I have receive a confirmation from tpg that i can connect my NBN Modem already. I have followed the instruction. Its been 2 hours already but still not working. The lights are still flashing for FTTC and no internet in the modem. Can you please confirm how long the installation is? It says on the website that around 15-30 minutes.

Can you please advise.

Now i check in NBN website that my address is not connected to nbn. Why would you send confirmation if there is no connection yet?
