Hi Team, i have upgraded my account to NBN. I have receive a confirmation from tpg that i can connect my NBN Modem already. I have followed the instruction. Its been 2 hours already but still not working. The lights are still flashing for FTTC and no internet in the modem. Can you please confirm how long the installation is?
