No ADSL Connection

No ADSL connection since noon. Fault lodged thru app. No reply from TPG App Chat Room. 13 14 23 number says cannot accomodate call right now. Website says No Interruptions to services. WHERE DO I GO FROM HERE TPG?!??!!??
