Called on wednesday the 30th of September about internet dropping out. Was told by the person on the phone that our speed would be upgraded to NBN 25 within 24 hours, but it has been almost 4 days since then with no change. My speed tests are still showing me 12mbps at most. Just wondering what happened with that request
