Hi I've had my recent internet outage restored but now running at 8mbps rather than my usual 16mbps.
Can you please tweak my line to maximum speed.

Your connection is being handled by our Engineering Team, this has been raised to Telstra and gave us commitment date to restore your service on or before the 27th of December.
I've seen that you have been in contact with one of our Engineers and discussed this to you. I will make follow up on this; further updates will be provided by the assigned Engineers.
