We're able to locate your account using your community details and seen that the first installation date given by Telstra did not push through due to the cabling infrastructure. We request and resubmitted another installation, we are advised that new installation will be 2019-02-13.
We'll keep an eye on this further update will be provided by one of our Account Specialists when is available.
