Internet and phone out of service

Hi, our home phone and internet has been down for more than 24 hours. I am unable to get hold of technical support after multiple attempts and long wait. Trying to contact the technical support results in call disconnection. Could some one from TPG take accountability and contact myself to rectify the issue. Thanks.
