My internet is being throttled (old medium plan) even though the new billing period started yesterday - it should have refreshed. This morning, off-peak I was getting 11 Mbps and peak is only 0.1 Mbps.
Have spoken to customer / tech support, they have both said the fault lies with each others systems. Tech support said they were able to manually reset my profile but said something from billing is forcing my account to be "throttled" ?????
