Internet connection as a whole keeps dropping out-NBN 50

Recently for the past week my internet would cut out completely, with the arris modem box resetting itself for startup or connection checks (the different stages of flashing lights). Usually it would only cut out once around midnight before restoring the connection, but on several days the connection has dropped multiple times. Today (11/11/2020) the arris modem cut out several times but with a longer duration than normal and at random intervals (around 5 times just tonight).
