Internet connection down (17/06/2023)

Hi all,

Our Internet connection is down since 15:30 today (17/06/2023). I restarted the modem a couple of times but didn't help. Has there been an problem with cables etc. in Brisbane, suburb Milton?

Before performing any troubleshooting, we advise customers to check if their service is affected by an outage.

If your address is not listed, please send us a private message with your TPG username or Customer ID for us to run further tests with your service.
