Dear TPG Support Team,
My internet connection is unstable from last 2 months.My internet kept dropping off randomly. It was not constantly but it happened couple times a day, however, the connection could recover autimatically itself after a while.( turn off /on modem)
Currently, my son studying online from home, it is annoying if the drop off happens during the online meetings (already happened actually).
Could anyone please look into this issue and provide a solution? Thank you in advance.
Lastly, I got very bad response from last 2 months..TPG team didn't fixed up the problem. If it will continue so I personally recommend to everyone don't go with TPG because they are not listening your issues TPG team can't fix any issues. (Very poor TPG team)..they just after money only
