Internet connection lost Wollongong area

Lost internet connection due to a storm tonight in Wollongong area. Modem doesn't reconnect. I have tried rebooting the modem, no luck. I have tried contacting support, no luck. Incredibly disappointed at the moment with tpg level of service.

Pulling up the account using your Community details, the issue is now handled by our Engineering Team. Please allow them sometime to investigate the issue and what's causing it. 

 

Please ensure to still leave the modem connected and turned on. Update will be provided within the next 24-48hrs.
