Internet connection spasmodic

For the last week our internet comes and goes. I checked it on the app it always states no to voice and now it is saying no to data. I’ve logged a fault and still waiting. Can’t get through on the phone. It is very frustrating I’m paying for internet and Netflix and can’t use either!!
