I have connected everything as per brochure and after few hours the NBN device shows only power and connection and the modem doesn't show internet. I have tried different cables and different phone socket, but it didn't work. How to fix the problem?

I was able to locate your acocunt using your community details and it shows me that we received your application 2018-12-28 for NBN-FTTC service and it still on going. Installation of NBN service can take between 2 to 30 working days depending on the demand of NBN services in your area and the availability of the nbn™ technician to perform the installation.
