Internet connection

My internet is not working, I’ve turned the modem off for 10 minutes and still no connection so I pressed reset button and still no internet. Can you please advise

We'd love to help see what causing the service not to work. To better understand the sitaution, PM us your account details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file).
