Thanks for raising this to us, since the day we're able to connect to the Wi-Fi and it shows no Internet connection it is possible line fault or modem issue.
We recommend the best thing to do first is check if there's an outage.
If there are no known outages in your area, please send us a private message with your TPG customer ID, username and complete address so we can take a look at your account.

Hi need help if anyone know what to do to connect the internet to mobile phone after the connection was restored. We've turn the wifi ON but cant connect with pop up message saying no internet connection. We've turn the router off and switched back on, but still did not work.
