Internet connection

I have no internet signal
I have a new modem. Have not had a signal for about 2weeks. I am waiting for the engineers to contact me. Please could you get me some information as to what is going to be done.

Hi @7005497,

 

Recent notes on the account indicated that the issue is now raised to our Engineering team and will be investigated. The line is active however, the modem doesn't seem to connect to our server resulting to no internet access. 

 

Please ensure to keep your modem connected and powered on for remote testing purposes. 

 

Updates will be provided via phone call or SMS.
