I have ordered TPG/nbn 50 and the service tpg provide for me in HFC . Today(6/10/2022), I have tried to run wifi but upstream and downstream light are flashing and online light is off. According to tpg instruction, I have checked the nbn network outages according to my address (10/212 Hampden RD, Crawley , WA 6009) it is mentioned that this address is not connected to the nbn network. What should I do?

  • I ordered TPG-nbn 50 on 1st of october and I have got modem and nbn connection (HFC) on 5st of october. I have tried to fix WIFI but:

                                                         upstream and down stream light:  flashing

                                                         Online light: off

                                                         Internet blue light : off

  • I checked the address on nbn network outage: your address in not connected to the nbn network.
  • I tracked the progress of installation and it is under process.
  • nbn connection: S/N: 1AN4PJ6BD601036

                           HFC MAC ID: F8 79 0A 26 E8 47

  • Premise address: 10/212 Hampden RD, Crawley, Nedland, WA 6009

I dont know how long does it takes that installation will be fixed?

Just to set your expectation. Installation of NBN service generally takes less than 10 business days but can take longer in some cases, depending on the demand of NBN services in your area and the availability of the NBN technician to perform the installation.
