How can TPG charge me $370 for a connection to a new property that I haven't even moved into yet?
Now that I cannot move into it for a few more months due to builder issues, I'm still being charged.
I requested a full refund and TPG is refusing.
I have now made an official complaint with the ACC and the Telecommunications Ombudsman.
What a poor way to do business.
TPG you have no legal right to withdraw funds from our accounts prior to providing a service.
Everyone who has a dispute with TPG I strongly suggest you contact the ACCC and the Telecommunications Ombudsman asap and report TPG for these unlawful practices.
And I had to wait on hold for 75min before talking to 4 different agents with no resolution.
What a poor company TPG is.
