Hope you had a great holiday.
Drop outs have occurred regularly again. Happened several times last night. Happened today a few times. A few times throughout the week as well. Last time the technician was out here, he said that there was nothing wrong from my end and that it was the HFC connection that is causing the dropouts. Do you know of any updates on the whether this issue will be resolved any time soon?
