Hi TPG people,
I've been experiencing disruptions to the internet at my home recently.
For a typical day there are about 3-6 disruptions, each last 5-10 minutes each - sometimes spaced a few hours apart and sometimes 2 within the hour.
During this time there is no internet light on the modem/router thing, and all our devices remain connected to the modem/router via wifi.
We had TPG internet at this address under my roommates name, however they recently moved and had their internet transferred. I did not experience any dropouts or disconnects during this stay.
Just wondering if this could possibly be resolved soon. If you should you see the connection as constant during the last couple of weeks despite the dropouts, could you please escalate this to an engineer perhaps?
