Internet down - Matraville

The service status page has an outage for Matraville which says it is intermittent but we've had zero internet for two days now. The estimated restoration isn't till Monday next week. Can we expect to have no internet connection for this entire week?

The service status page showed that there are some customers who may have difficulty using the homephone or internet due to a 3rd party network outage.

 

Our tests show a cut somewhere along the line which is why your service isn't working completely. At this stage, we still need to wait for the outage to be restored. Nonetheless, I have raised a ticket to our Monitoring Team. Once the issue is resolved or if there are new updates, you will be notified via SMS to the mobile number we have on file.
