The service status page showed that there are some customers who may have difficulty using the homephone or internet due to a 3rd party network outage.
Our tests show a cut somewhere along the line which is why your service isn't working completely. At this stage, we still need to wait for the outage to be restored. Nonetheless, I have raised a ticket to our Monitoring Team. Once the issue is resolved or if there are new updates, you will be notified via SMS to the mobile number we have on file.
