Internet down after few seconds of working on modem restart

Hi as of this morning my internet has been down after a few seconds of working on modem restart.

I've read a few posts here and there and wondering if it could be a firmware issue?
I have an archer vr1600v v2.0. firmware version 0.1.0.0.9.1 v5006.0 build 220518 rel 32480n.

Can I request a firmware update to my modem?
