Same for me.. Terrible connection for the last weeks and totally down since yesterday. I can't reach anyone for help and getting frustrated.

       I can see your NBN box (Black Arris box) power is down, can you please reconnect the power to it

Thank you for solving the issue so quickly. While I'm out of town you've been able to solve an issue from a remote location that 3 adults were unable to solve from the same room. And on a Saturday! Thanks again and have a great day!

My problem was solved in about 12 hours from my first contact on a Friday night so I'm well impressed.
Hope you get some resolution soon.
