Internet drop out on single device

Hi
I am having issues with my nbn. It is constantly dropping out on my laptop but no other devices. My laptop is my main device. It is about 4 metres aways from the modem so i didnt think that was the issue. I have tried resetting modem and laptop but it keeps happening. Is there anything i can do to fix this?

We'd love to help identify what causing dropouts with the service and get to the bottom of this. We'd like to confirm if other device(s) connected via Wi-Fi is having the same issue. If so, we did an article that you may find helpful, this will guide you on how to improve your wireless connection at home.
