Internet drop out when streaming

When I stream on my smart tv, fetch or multiple users are gaming my connection seems to drop out. It is not a specific interval but occurs regularly. Is it possibly due to my modem Huawei HG659 not being strong enough? Do you have an updated model that operates better and still supports phone connection?

The dropouts that could affect the service during streaming could possible caused by bandwidth sharing. Could you shoot us a PM with your details so we can proceed with the initial investigation and fix this.
