Internet drop outs

Hi,

Overly the past few days my internet has been dropping out. Only happens 5 minutes at a time, but causes an annoying break in internet usage eg; streaming netflix. Will fix itself eventually and reconnect, but will generally fix instantly if router is restarted.

Has affected multiple devices, iPhone, ps4, amazon echo dot

We were able to locate your account using your community details and tested the line, but was not able to detect any fault within the copper network.

 

However, we've noticed the multiple amount of service dropouts. We will arrange a call from our Tech team to check on this further. They'll be in touch with you tomorrow between 10AM - 12NN on the mobile number that we have on file.
