Internet drop outs

I have been experiencing constant internet drop outs for the past 6 weeks and it is still occurring.  It happens daily 2-3 times a day, no specific time and can last 2 mins, 5 mins, or 10/15 mins.  Sometimes I reset the modem to reboot and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. It is so frustrating and can you please check whether you can fix the problem on your side.   I am the only person using it in the house and I hardly download any movies or anything such.  I mainly watch movies on Netflix.
Can you identify the problem and fix it? Thanks.
