Internet drops out

Hi,

I've notice over the last two or three weeks my internet has been dropping out everyday 2-3 times. I would like to find out why I rectify it.

Hi,

You responded to my topic in regards to my connection dropping out 2-3 times a day for several minutes.

I have checked each time whether there is any maintenance or internet problems and there is none.

I received a new wireless modem but the internet still drops out as frequently as with the old modem.

Hi @Brainz

 

Thanks for the update.

We've made some adjustment to the line as we are not able to detect any fault within the NBN network.

Please observe your connection and check the light status of the modem if it's going to change once the connection drops out.

 

We'll monitor your service and get back to you tomorrow.
