Internet is disconnected

Hi. My nbn is not outage. All the lights are on. The modem have all lights except for internet. I have log in to thr 192.168.1.1 and in dsl , there is no connection to internet. I have done all the basic tips like reboot and restarting everything, including plugging in LAN wire to my laptop. I have called service today in afternoon and they said the issue are raised, but i havent received any text messages yet regarding any appointment or whatever. Can anybody help me its almost been 24 hour without internet. I need the internet for work.
