Internet is down

I submitted a fault to tpg on the 1.04.2022 regarding my internet connection not working. I have gone through all the rest options and still more that 24 hours later i have no internet. To date i haven't been contacted by anyone with any updates. the fault # is 12241388.. Would be nice to get an update please.

We located the account and raised the issue to our Engineering team for investigation. Expect one of our Engineers to contact you via SMS or Phone call when update becomes available.
