Internet is not working

Your newly installed broadband equipment is waiting to be automatically configured.

Getting this error since 2 hrs .tried resetting modem nothing works please help

I'm sorry that you had to reach out to get the router configured. I can see though that you have interacted with our Technical Team last night and they have assisted you with the router configuration.  At this point, your router is currently connected to the server.

 

Let me know if you have other concerns though that we can look into.
