Internet is not working

My internet has been on and off for the past week and now completely no intent connection at all. The modem keeps flashing and does not seem to be connecting. Normally I reset my modem and it should be fine but this time it doesn't work. Is there a problem with the modem as the network is ok when I check my address online. Can you please check as i need internet for work.
