Level 2
1. Nbn50 Internet speed very slow,
Only about 8.8 mbps at night.
Nbn technician checked 3 times on different dates and informed nothing wrong with the cables connections.
2. Testing of speed in the account not working, have to test the speed on Safari site-TPG speed test.
3. Internet connection dropped out sometimes at night and came back the next day.
4. Have done all required procedures but playing YouTube videos freeze very often.
5. If this is the problem TPG? Just got so frustrated often.
