Get online support
My connection keeps cutting out since two weeks.
Cuts are mainly during evenings and week-ends and can last several hours.
Could someone look into this?
Please send me your username , customer account number or mobile phone number via private message and i can then check your service.
The Internet cuts mentionned in my previous message stopped for some months.
But it started again since this week-end and we haven't had connection for the last 24h.
I'm not paying 70$ per month to have such recurring issues.
The issue has been raised to our Engineering team for further investigation and updates will be given within 24 to 48 hours by an assigned Engineer once available.
