Hello
For the last few weeks my internet has been droppinjg out multiple times an hour for a few minutes at a time. Obviously, this is very frustrating. I'm doing nothing different here and thought the issue might resolve itself, but this has not happened. When the internet does drop out all devices loose their connection and the internet light on the modem goes dark. The other lights all still flash just not the internet one. I've attached a picture.
I'm looking forward to having this issue resolved as soon as possible.
