Internet keeps dropping out

Hi. I got my internet set up on the 15/2/21. It was the nbn 100 plan And ever since set up it has being constantly dropping out. When the internet cuts out the dpn light on the modem turns off, and after a delay it starts flashing tide a while until it goes solid and I get internet again. There isn’t a pattern some times it will happen several times and then other days it only does it one. Thank you in advance.

For customers experiencing any issues with their service, we recommend the best thing to do first is check if there's an outage.
