Internet keeps dropping out

Hi TPG tech support. I am trying to reach out to you as we have been experiencing problems with our internet connection it has been extremely unrealiable and it keeps dropping out. There is no internet connection a lot  of the time. Your chat does not seem to work, I cannot call as noone is working on phones. Can someone help us please? A reliable connection is essential to be able to perform work from home as well as school online. I have 2 people working from home and 4 people studying from home due to corona virus. very frustrating! I went into my account and tried to upgrade but cant see a record of it now either. please helpe
