Internet not stable and slow

I am not happy that the internet not stable and slow. I used my mobile data to instead sometimes.TPG said that 25m speed, but it’s always stop and slow .My kid always blame that he can’t watch the YouTube Kids . I joined TPG for 6 years , it’s time to change services

Are you using a WiFi or a Wired connection? What troubleshooting have you tried so far?

What speed are you currently getting?
