My NBN internet is not working. I moved to a new address and despite receiving confirmation on the 10th April that the internet is connected, today i.e. on 20th April when i moved in to this new address there is no internet connection. Also there is zero phone support so i am not stuck without internet. Even with the moving service i was unable to specify the date when i needed the connection and have been without internet at my previous place for 10days and now its the same at the new place. Meanwhile you guys have charged my account for the connection and the monthly charges. TPG this really sucks!!
