Last friday issue happened and after unplugging modem, it worked about 10hours on sunday. I thought It's fixed but unfortunately it happened again sunday night.
Now Internet only works 5 minutes after more than 10minutes unplugging nbn modem (arris cm8200) power.
online light turns off and upstream light flashes after 5minutes working.
I assume my modem was affected by lightning near by.
Thanks for raising this to us, we can see that the issue affecting the service has been raised to our Engineering Team for investigation and assessment. We will chase this with them and request to prioritise this case.
