Get online support
I need to work from home, I have my internet down since I woke up today
Tried to call twice and aparently nbn are working on this according to TPG engineers.
All 4 of the nbn light modem is on, but the tp-link nbn gatweway is missing the internet light even though the WAN list is on
I"ve been with tpg for 10+ years,
but I really need this issue sorted, otherwise I can't work,

For customers experiencing any issues with their service, we recommend the best thing to do first is check if there's an outage.
