Internet not working and no support!

I have called TPG more than 10 times this morning due to my internet suddenly not working. And I checked NBN outage but we were not affected.
No one is picking the call up in technical difficulty and instead it is going straight to mailbox and saying “we’re unable to assist you immeditely… please call back later” and it ends my call. I tried going through the sales department because they are the only ones answering and I kept telling them that no one is there so either escalate my call or put me though to a higher up manager but they kept ignoring me and putting me through to the same place where my call gets ended automatically. This happened more than 10 times. What am I supposed to do? Who am I supposed to contact? This is ridiculous.
