Last night at about 10pm out NBN internet dropped out and our house phone became engaged. Reset the modem a few times but nothing has worked. So our service has been out for about 16hours. Called tpg tech support last night and they were no help. I’m starting to get a bit disappointed. Never had any issues with our ADSL but now Nbn seems to be issue after issue.
We can see that the issue has been escalated to our Engineering Team for further investigation. The case has been lodged to NBN Co. and the case engineer has been in touch and discussed the technician visit schedule.
