Internet not working since past week properly

My internet has not been working properly ever since I have gotten back from overseas. The max download speeds that I get is just 0.2 Mbps and upload is even worse. It was fine before I left for my trip overseas. From what I can tell, there is no problem on the payment side of things, so I don't know if my internet speeds are being throttled. I would massively appreciate any help regarding this. Really tired of this dreadful internet.

We understand that you were able to contact our Tech team and the case was escalated to our Engineering team since there's an evident fault on the copper network.


They've lodged the case to our wholesale provider Telstra and advised us that they have booked a technician to check your TPG service anytime between now and 31/Jan/2019. Your attendance is NOT required.
