Internet not working

In the last couple of months my internet has been dropping out, first time was a couple of days I rang support, they reset the line, everything worked. The other 2 times about a month apart, would still ring support, the issues wouldn't be resolved as quickly as the first time, but a few days later it would just start working again. 

Anyone else experiened similar? Any solution greatly appreciated.
