Internet not working

Hi,

My internet connection hasn't been working since this morning. I've tried re-starting the modem and now the internet light has gone dull.

Also, we cannot connect any devices to the internet, as it states that our password is incorrect - even though I have changed our password and have logged into my account using the same password.

It's been completely fine until today.

Help.

I've managed to locate an account and based on the result of the remote test we ran, your modem is not connected to our server that is why there is no internet access. 

 

We will need to configure your modem with your TPG username & password. I can organise a contact to be made from our Technical team or you may follow the steps on the links below:
