Hello, My internet just stopped working and noticed the internet light on the router is not flashing, too. Trying to find out what is going on. (tried re-start the router still not working and confirned no payment in arrears). Can anyone help?
We tried to use your Community Details to pull up the account unfortunately it does not show any matching records.
