Internet not working

Customer in Calamvale, internet has been down since yesterday. Multiple resets of modem and still not working, can't get phone support as it just kicks u out due to high volumes. Lodged ticket yesterday and no response. Please help!

Surprise surprise my internet is out again for the past 2 days. My last fault support logged no one got back to me until 5 days later, and by then it had already corrected itself.

@Peter I've sent U my details via pm appreciate if this could be looked at for me
