Hello,
Have just had our NBN conencted. We moved house and have a new account. We have used our original modem (t1600 - seems to be the same as being issued now). SMS received today stating that the setup was finalised however when all plugged in the DSL light wont stay on. It flashes twice approximately every minute but doesn't stay on.
Have followed the modem setup instructions and updated our username / passoword on the system.
Can someone please contact me to discuss as I've been on hold for 1.5 hours on the phone.
